Abstract*: Jede Gemeinde hat nach dem Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz 2011 durch Verordnung ein örtliches Raumordnungskonzept zu erlassen. Darin sind von Verbauung frei zu haltende Flächen als auch die für verschiedenen Siedlungsentwicklungen vorhandenen und vorgesehenen Gebiete planlich auszuweisen. Darzustellen sind auch die dafür erforderlichen lokalen Infrastrukturvorhaben. Die Örtlichen Raumordnungskonzepte sind dem INSPIRE Datenthema Bodennutzung (Annex III) zugeordnet.
